Seniors and their families impacted by the LA fires will share heartfelt accounts of their losses, their resilience in navigating the aftermath, and the support they need to restore the legacy of their homes and communities The recent devastating fires in California have displaced over 850 seniors, evacuated 35 senior facilities, and destroyed 3. With less than 2% of grants and fundraising efforts directed toward the elderly, and we need your help!
Seniors face unique challenges such as limited mobility, health issues, and the emotional toll of losing their homes are at great risk. The CFB Foundation, founded in honor of Cynthia F. Blaizes, a World Trade Center survivor who faced isolation in her later years, is dedicated to ensuring seniors are supported, valued, and engaged. All funds raised will go directly to the victims of the fire in LA under the direction of the CFB Foundation, providing temporary housing, medical aid, food, and emotional support.
Your support will directly impact the recovery and rebuilding of seniors’ lives, offering them the security, care, and dignity they deserve. This is a crucial moment to make a difference in the lives of those who have already given so much to our communities. Together, we can help rebuild and restore their sense of security and hope. Please join us on this memorable night in supporting the seniors who need it most.
